Refund Policy – Gimbal King Course
We are 100% committed to helping our students succeed—but success requires action. That’s why our refund policy is based on implementation, not consumption. We do not offer refunds simply because a student changed their mind, didn’t “feel ready,” or failed to take action.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria and submit documented proof within 30 days of purchase:
Refund Eligibility Requirements
Outreach Requirement
You must provide proof of having reached out to at least 250 real estate agents offering a free property video shoot.
Outreach must be individualized, and mass-DMs/emails or use of automation tools will not count toward the 250-agent requirement.Proof includes screenshots or email logs (including timestamps) showing individual outreach efforts.
Video Shoot Requirement
You must have filmed at least 2 full property videos using the Ninja Walk technique, gimbal movements, gimbal settings, camera settings, drone movements and other knowledge from tutorials taught in the course.Both video shoots must have been filmed after enrolling in the course. Metadata or timestamps must be included to verify this.
Submit behind-the-scenes footage or unedited clips that clearly show application of these techniques.
Editing & Submission Requirement
You must have edited the property video yourself and submitted it to us for review.All video production (shooting and editing) must be completed by the student personally. Outsourced or AI-generated work will not be accepted.
You must also have completed the changes and feedback provided by Justin or the course team.
Time Limit
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.Requests made after this window will not be considered, regardless of progress or circumstances.
Non-Eligibility
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
You watched the course but didn’t take action.
You purchased by mistake, changed your mind, or decided the course “wasn’t for you.”
You experienced technical issues not reported and unresolved by our support team.
You did not meet all four eligibility requirements listed above.
Partial completion of these steps does not qualify for a refund—all conditions must be met in full.

A link to your 2 edited videos
Screenshots or files showing that you have applied shooting feedback and editing feedback provided by Justin and the course team to your final videos, as well as from the course.
Refund policy is valid for one-time use only per customer. If you’ve previously requested a refund from any of our products, you are not eligible.
We will review your request within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the course, reward action-takers, and ensure that students who commit to the process get the most value.
